Army of Fortune is a newly released metaverse game, just gaining a listing among top-ranked P2E and Web3 features. The game will offer a metaverse experience with challenges, set in a 3D environment.

Army of Fortune will soon start selecting its first beta testers for early adoption. Army of Fortune aims to forge its own path as a stand-alone game title, though it is a product of Supercell. Mobile and mini-games by SuperCell include Web2 hits like Clash of Clans with a total of more than 1B downloads. 

Army of Fortune separates itself from other Mobile Games, being built by the team who have helped shape the past decade in mobile gaming @supercell.

Army of Fortune is now highly active and trending in social media, and will onboard some of its early followers as testers. Army of Fortune is also underscoring the trend of Web2 teams venruting into Web3 space, in this case with a strong and experienced developer team. 

Supercell Joins Web3 with New Batch of Mini-Games

Supercell, the game hub hosting Brawl Stars, Clash of Clans, Clash Royale and other mini-games and semi-idle battles, has made a foray into Web3. However, the game’s site still does not mention Army of Fortune, which will exist separately and build its own community. 

While Army of Fortune has joined the trend of Web3 games, but advertises itself as a long-term project that will develop in the next 10 years. The game is not token-first, and has not yet announced an NFT.

Army of Fortune may resemble The Sandbox in being a mainstream game with a token and NFT component added later. The Sandbox has also been growing for a decade before becoming one of the leaders in Web3 metaverse games.

Supercell games have been an example for multiple P2E builders, aiming to bring the next brawler or semi-idle game. Supercell itself has not explicitly joined NFT mints or the Web3 space, but instead built a fun-first, engaging product. 

Army of Fortune will have a base metaverse, and will follow the model of Supercell in offering multiple mini-games also distributed as mobile apps.
