HappyLand Brings Competitive Farming to Avalanche
HappyLand (HPL) chose an Avalanche subnet after a start as a BSC game.
- Pirate Subnet carries three games migrating from other blockchains.
- HPL token already traded, though with limited liquidity.
- HappyLand wraps up first month as Avalanche subnet game.
HappyLand is growing the Avalanche subnet ecosystem with a competitive farming game. Happy Land’s subnet is almost a month old and already has functioning leaderboards for its competitive side.

HappyLand offers farming earnings, as well as customized decoration to build a metaverse of farms. The game wraps each farm as an NFT item possible to visualize and resell through Avalanche’s Core app.
HappyLand is one of the partners of Pirate Subnet, one of the early subnet launchers on Avalanche. The subnet also carries Urban Racer and Pirate Metaverse.

HappyLand moved from a Binance Smart Chain game, launching on testnet in July and joining the mainnet two weeks later. PirateVerse Subnet, as the blockchain is also known, is competing with the likes of Swimmer Network for gaining more side projects. The trend may change the ecosystem on Avalanche as more games join subnets in groups.
HappyLand has reached a few hundred players on BSC, and has no tracking for Pirate Subnet. The game’s goal is to make players upgrade their farm and aim for positive results, using features such as high-level seeds to boost yields. The game will also offer regular weekly competitions with leaderboards and a prize pool.
HappyLand Has Tradable Token, NFT Price Discovery
HappyLand has a functioning token with a recent launch. HPL started trading while the game was in the BSC stage and uses PancakeSwap liquidity. For now, HPL is a low-priced asset, sinking from a high of $0.81 in February down to $0.006 currently.
Despite this, HappyLand is growing its popularity and social score, by joining one of the fastest-growing ecosystems on Avalanche.
HappyLand also offers five biomes to choose from when minting a farm NFT. Biomes have varied characteristics for cultivation or mining. Metaverse land plots have asking prices ranging from 35 BUSD to as high as 130 BUSD depending on rarity and resources.
The game also has a built-in guild management system to organize scholars and track scores and performance. Toward the end of 2022, HappyLand will aim to expand with a full metaverse, 3D playing experience and a new game version.
