Mines of Dalarnia Aims to Fix Token Theft Problem, Offers New Competitive Gameplay

Mines of Dalarnia moved on from classic P2E with grinding to a more competitive game with NFT and equipment perks.
  • Mines of Dalarnia wll add Ape Quests and a mini-game with multiplayer mode.
  • The game suffered an exploit of its NFT marketplace smart contract, and will reimburse lost DAR tokens.
  • Mines of Dalarnia is still attracting players as a two-chain game on Ethereum and BNB Chain.

Mines of Dalarnia is one of the games that rebuilt their model in 2023, and offered more diverse dungeons and a more balanced game economy. The game is also closely linked to the crypto market for its DAR token, making it a target for exploits. In the past week, all of the DAR token holdings have been compromised. In the next few days, Mines of Dalarnia will release the schedule of making claims and receiving reimbursement.

Mines of Dalarnia had to close its marketplace, due to a compromised smart contract which drained DAR funds from NFT trading.

Currently, Mines of Dalarnia is looking for ways to reimburse players, while recovering its stability as an NFT game. The NFT marketplace is important to get Mining Apes and good enough pickaxes to have a chance of gaining resources from the mines and dungeons.

Mines of Dalarnia Introduces New Competitive Features

Mining in Mines of Dalarnia is becoming more competitive, with leaderboards related to quests. Operation Astrolab is a new game update, with changes in energy balance. Mines of Dalarnia will also add a mini-game feature, with multiplayer options for 2-5 competitors. Space Hop will be a skills-based game where Apes try to survive by jumping on platforms in space.
