Open World: The Lost Land Prepares for Token Launch, Airdrop

Open World: The Lost Land will offer defense building and land upgrades in an active battle-mode defense game.
  • Open World: The Lost Land held several GAMEBOY token airdrops, with full launch coming on October 25.
  • The game will offer a series of tests and whitelist spots for the upcoming beta launch.
  • GameBoyNFT releases Open World: The Lost Land, and will add more projects with GameFi potential.

Open World: The Lost Land is a real-time tower defense game with a GameFi element. The game is part of the GameBoyNFT project, which focuses on GameFi potential, but also active fun. The hub continues to partner with games, for exposure on social media such as AMA sessions, as well as drawing in players.

The GAMEBOY token is just a day away from listing, and to celebrate the event, Open World: The Lost Land has prepared an airdrop.

Players must pre-register with their online identity and wallet address, to become part of the GAMEBOY family. The token will be part of the GameBoyNFT ecosystem as well.

The GAMEBOY token has been airdropped several times in the past few months, with a long list of winners. The actual asset will be released to wallets and start trading from October 25. The token will not have immediate utility and may trade with very low volumes, with still no pre-announced exchange for listing.

Open World: The Lost Land Prepares for Beta Test

Despite the many partnerships of GameBoyNFT, OpenWorld is the first in-house game created. The game is now entering the testing stage, with a beta session on October 25. For this session, the signup is closed, but the game may keep adding players and offer early passes for future releases.

The main gameplay is a version resembling Crazy Defense Heroes, where players gather resources, build troops, defent their fortification and loot other players.

Open World also offers digital land, where players must build their home base. The land cannot be upgraded, though new buildings can be purchased through resource grinding.

Open World: The Lost Land is built on Ethereum, but will have its airdrops and other features presented through the GameBoyNFT platform. Currently, the game rewards early testers with just testnet land, and a whitelisting position for the game’s proper launch in the coming months.

Additionally, GameBoyNFT will hold regular airdrops with a relatively short signup period, so the project is worth watching for early NFT opportunities.
