AquaFarm Prepares for Public Release on April 25

• AquaFarm will introduce its AES token soon, with more chances for airdrops through voting.
• The playable open beta is coming after a series of advanced tests in the form of tournaments.
• AquaFarm will also release farm NFT for digital land ownership.

AquaFarm has been closing into its open beta release, finally scheduled for April 25. The game also ran multiple beta tests and built up a community through its NFT collection. AquaFarm will add a new exploration and battle game, sharing elements with Axie Infinity and Crabada. Players will also have a farming mechanic for resources. 

AquaFarm has also been listed on Metasense, a one-stop hub for Web3 games. Metasense also offers community voting and can add to the exposure of AquaFarm among top projects.

AquaFarm will add to the list of Polygon games, after recently completing game optimization.

Currently, AquaFarm is holding a community vote, active until March 31, to decide further game developments. Voting will also grant a right to $15,000 in AES tokens, the main game currency. Voters will also have a chance to earn rare NFT.

AES Tokens Coming Soon

The next step for AquaFarm is to release and popularize its main asset, AES. The token may also give chances for airdrops in the coming days. The AES pre-sale is already expected, and will launch from March 30.

AES, or Aree Shards, is still untracked and has no price discovery mechanism. For the first time, AquaFarm will have its value tracked by its native asset. AES will be earned within the game, from quests and battles. 

Along with the launch of AES, AquaFarm will open staking to encourage keeping the asset within the game’s ecosystem. In the 2023 roadmap, AquaFarm has added multiple GameFi features, to complete its P2E model and make it sustainable.

AquaFarm already released its Aree creatures for trading, and they are represented on OpenSea with a regular price of 15 MATIC for common-type NFT. AquaFarm is also working toward a native marketplace for more active trading. 

AquaFarm will also add another NFT type, the farm, which will boost resource production and add digital ownership in the AquaFarm metaverse.
