Avalanche may become one of the blockchains with the easiest NFT minting mechanism and with low gas fees. Curvegrid, an app builder, recently integrated Avalanche as one of its blockchains of choice, offering middleware to generate NFT items and collections.
NFTeapot, one of the Curvegrid product, is integrated with Shopify and can sell NFT items though regular payment channels, including credit and debit cards, as well as Shopify’s own payment tools. NFTeapot can operate entirely without a crypto wallet, opening a new source of buying and selling NFT on Avalanche for those not engaged with digital assets.
NFTeapot supports Polygon-based NFT, with on-demand additions for Binance Smart Chain. The latest addition of Avalanche expands the tools to claim the NFT. Listing is free for Shopify owners using the NFTeapot app, and minting only happens when the client agrees to a purchase.
Avalanche Grows NFT Market with In-Game Items
Avalanche is still a smaller market in terms of NFT resales and lacks the public profile of OpenSea. But the Avalanche network is growing as attention shifts from DeFi and into Web3 platforms.
Easy NFT minting and creation open the door for more potentially successful collections or at least art made and owned without excessive gas fees. The additional inflow of NFT follows the recent launch of Core, which allows for more frictionless BTC deposits to be used on the Avalanche Network.
Along with Pangolin exchange and Trader Joe, Avalanche is also one of the protocols carrying significant value in decentralized apps.
Avalanche locks in $2.76B in value as reflected on DeFi Llama, with most value concentrated on the Aave protocol. NFTTrade and Kalao are two of the biggest marketplaces, with more activity on Kalao due to carrying Crabada NFT items.
Avalanche also recently partnered with RMDS Labs for another set of low-cost NFT minting tools. Demand for those tokens may increase as Web3 ideas and financing start to displace the previous demand for DeFi projects.
