Spexy Game Brings Robot Renting for Players Without NFT

Spexy built a native blockchain and aims to add more cross-chain features.
  • Spexy mixes a simple move-to-earn game with educational features.
  • The game has a live mobile app and a goal of onboarding more users to its free version.
  • Spexy also builds its own blockchain and the A4 mobile wallet with upcoming swap and NFT features.

Spexy is a robot-themed app with move-to-earn and educational features, with NFT robot characters as the main tool of ownership. Spexy already built renting mechanics, one common feature for many P2E games that allows new players to access the game without acquiring NFT.

Renting mechanics have been offered to games like Axie Infinity, Pegaxy, Voxie Tactics and others. Renting the NFT is secured by smart contracts, meaning the item cannot be stolen or resold.

Spexy Focuses on Web3 Onboarding

Unlike other move-to-earn games, Spexy has branded its project as a Web3 game, focusing more on adoption and retaining users.

So far, the game’s mobile beta has reached 5K downloads, still lagging behind hotter games. Yet Spexy has completed an important milestone with its mobile game, which has eluded bigger P2E projects. The game also plans a release for iOS users this year.

Spexy allows users to log multiple modes of movement and sports as the game’s core feature.

Spexy Builds Own Wallet, Trading Ecosystem

Spexy relies on its own A4 wallet and the token of the same name. Funds can be bridged from several leading networks, including BTC, ETH, AVAX, MATIC and FTM. The game has its own blockchain that also allows direct onboarding of funds through a debit card. There will only ever be 1B A4 tokens, limiting the potential ownership and locking in the potential value of the game.

The A4 wallet will also grow its functionalities to turn into a trading, DeFi, NFT hub with other features such as connecting to multiple networks and crypto cards. Even during the bear market, Spexy was one of the games to focus on a full suite of features for coins and tokens, which even at lower prices may be used to bring value to the community and the game.

The main goal, however, is to onboard users through simple move-to-earn, while also offering swapping potential and an NFT marketplace.
