Voxies, the avatars of the voxel battle game, have partnered with The Sandbox. The compatible avatars are part of a series of exclusive characters, adding to the trend of adding well-known images to The Sandbox metaverse.
Voxies from the original 10K avatar collection will be able to use them within The Sandbox game. For now, this is one of the only pipelines for using outside characters in a metaverse environment.
The Voxies game has been in open beta since February. The VOXEL asset also added to its adoption with a Binance listing in April. However, the game has very few registered users on its Ethereum-based P2E platform, with under 10 players registered by the smart contract.
Voxie Tactics Builds Up P2E Player Base
Voxie Tactics, the first completed battle strategy game, is currently preferred in the free to play mode. The game only had a few days with a P2E tokenized model and the opportunity to earn VOXEL tokens. For now, this model has not caught on to make players move to the P2E game. Additionally, not all players want to acquire an avatar.
The original avatar collection of Voxies currently has a 0.22 ETH floor price. The avatars are held by 1,700 owners, suggesting some minted several and are trying to flip the characters.
VOXEL has been sliding under $1, trading around $0.66 just after the start of P2E trading. The big advantage of this token is the Binance VOXEL/USDT pairing, which however may encourage players to cash out faster.
Earnings from the game have a minimum withdrawal of 10 VOXEL. The tokens are active on the Polygon network and do not require gas fees to transfer from the game. In the initial stage, some players that ranked high have collected as much as $20 for competitive gameplay.

Voxie Tactics has no idle game and instead relies on heightened competition to spread the rewards among elite players. The Voxie Tactics game may now see accelerated P2E growth, as VOXEL tokens are still held by 4,583 wallets only.
