Ev.IO Expands with Joint Quest on DeQuest Metaverse

Ev.IO is one of the highly accessible FPS browser-based games using Solana for its items and e token.
  • Ev.IO tries to renew player engagement with new series of quests.
  • Earn in-game titles and trophies for a series of in-game and social media tasks.
  • Ev.IO remains one of the more successful Solana games and NFT collections.

Ev.IO, one of the more complex FPS games with Web3 ownership, is now adding another experience. This time, the Ev.IO themes and gameplay will join with DeQuest metaverse for a special event.

DeQuest has created a new Realm for Ev.IO themes, where completing the quest will bring prizes and participation in lucky draws. Players must complete a series of tasks with the potential to earn trophies and in-game status.

Ev.IO itself is one of the most active P2E games by number of players and with a prominent social media profile. The game is also one of the top projects using the Solana blockchain, though not all in-game activity is reflected on the blockchain. The game’s appeal also lies in its global reach, with active challenges matching live players available at the moment.

Ev.IO Reaches Traditional Gamers

Ev.IO also reaches players with Web2 experience that are not even interested in the crypto side of the game, but join for the fun gameplay.

The game is also available for e-sports events and has been added to a four-month tournament season with a total pool of $20K.

The additional events and prizes may boost Ev.IO engagement, as some of the game modes have not been populated enough. Ev.IO is not without its problems, and may have to reinvent its prize potential.

To advance and acquire rare items, Ev.IO players must grind for “e”, the game’s main asset. However, the acquisition of e may be time-consuming and for the goal of adding skins to the game. Skins can also be bought directly and resold to other players. Additionally, the map contains powerful weapons that can be re-equipped.

Ev.IO has also issued collections of Genesis characters and weapons, with some of the first edition items commanding a 15.5 SOL floor price. The trading for playable NFT characters has reached a turnover of more than 9,800 SOL since the game’s launch.
