Monsterra proved to be one of the games that quickly made it to the top shortly after their launch. Monsterra peaked among BNB-based GameFi projects, with 50K players counted based on gameplays.

The game successfully launched a two-token economy based on the MSTR and MAG assets. MAG is the inflationary in-game token, which can be earned for various activities. It is essential to MAG tokeep a good balance of minting and usage for in-game items and upgrades.

Currently, the game has opened a special event to spend MAG and scale up in the game, while earning more items and tokens. The special MAG spending session will last until September 9 and include the opportunity for exclusive autumn-themed items. 

MSTR, the other game token, is also needed in the game. Now, Monsterra only requires 1 MSTR to access some of the NFT items.

Monsterra is also one of the fastest-growing gaming communities in the past weeks, with more than 144K followers on social media. The game is also gaining recognition among GameFi projects, while also claiming a milestone of 40K players during the very first week of the game. 

MSTR tokens are still only held in 4,043 addresses, though not all of them have been withdrawn to a BSC wallet. MSTR, which started trading just days ago at around $0.35, still holds on at $0.25.

Monsterra Aims to Reach and Engage More Players

Beyond its tokenomics, Monsterra is also aiming to become a widely played free-to-play game. Monsterra is currently at a stage where it aims to offer special events and engagement to build up its audience.
