Angrymals Brings Turns-Based Strategy to the Blockchain

Angrymals is yet to add a token, though it uses the Solana blockchain for its NFT.
  • Angrymals is a fully launched mobile game based on turns-based battles.
  • NFT avatars on Solana add an element of ownership to the game.
  • Angrymals may prepare an IDO to build up token rewards for its players.

Angrymals is bringing another top gaming genre to the blockchain – turns-based strategy. The game is inspired by Worms and Angry Birds, with crazy puzzles and strategies to creatively eradicate the enemy team.

Angrymals also has the advantage of being available as an app on iOS and Android, with a twist – NFT ownership to boost battle readiness.

The game is also introducing short-term tournaments to test the readiness of its players.

Angrymals has the advantage of being a fully launched, user-tested game with multiple reviews. The game also aims to transform itself into a play-and-earn, adding tokens to its already well-established gameplay. Angrymals offers multiple tools to advance, including PvP matches.

P2E Still Awaited for Angrymals

Angrymals is trending due to its appeal as a traditional free-to-play with a limited NFT collection. The game offered a 4,444K avatar collection in Q2 and integrated it into the game. The goal is to launch the Chaos Orbs token as the major earnings tool within the game.

But Angrymals is also preparing for an IDO token sale, with a still unknown date. The game is thus worth watching for its potential to produce tokenized earnings or other NFT-based perks.

The Angrymals NFT are already listed on OpenSea, and are one of the active collections on Solana (SOL). Prices for some of the more rare items reach 55 SOL, reaching 1,405 SOL in turnover. The NFT are not key to the game yet, and currently command a 1.45 SOL floor price.

The next goal for Angrymals is to organize tournaments with a prize pool and a fee to enter. This mode pays out only to the best players, thus limiting the pressure on the game to produce and reward tokens.

Angrymals will also aim to reward player time spent in the game and encourage high-level play instead of grinding. This is to avoid the P2E mistake of putting in too much time into the game without a reward. Angrymals also aims to be appealing with its unique game mode of throwing bizarre objects to blow up the enemy.
