Pepper Attack is a recently trending P2E game, which after a solid period of pre-launch, finally offered its main gameplay. The game will use the play-and-own model, adding a Web3 dimension while appealing to mainstream gamers.
Anyone can start Pepper Attack for free, with three initial Heroes to make up a team. The game will allow the option to mint NFT as the player progresses.
Players can now mint Hero Peppers for free, as well as a Genesis Card. Players are also invited to sign up with email and receive game perks in their inbox. Pepper Attack thus follows the model of highly detailed game with a Web3 owning component.
The Heroes owned will be minted for free and can be owned immediately on a MetaMask wallet. Pepper Attack has been in development for years, and picked Ethereum as its carrying network.
Pepper Attack has already minted an Ethereum-based token, PEPPER, visible in 1,253 on-chain addresses. This distribution is still lower compared to other games and Pepper Attack is yet to turn into a reliable source of P2E gains. The blockchain element may be more related to owning items, without being key to the game experience. Despite this, playing Pepper Attack will still require some ETH for gas fees.
Free Genesis Card, Stims Power-Up Items Now Available
Additionally, a Free Genesis Card will be available for two more weeks, making the game an ideal venue to test out Web3 without additional costs. Ownership may also have additional perks within the game, such as whitelisting for future products.
The game has another asset, Stims, which work as in-game potions to boost the performance of Heroes and make them battle-ready. Stims may be assigned to early game adopters that mint the free NFT.
Pepper Attack has hinted it may also launch an IDO around the time of the official release, with still no set date or parameters. Pepper Attack also had an earlier minted collection with rare Heroes, which may also join the game. Up to 3,400 Stims may be assigned for anyone that mints the Free Genesis Card.
