- Sunflower Land is opening a new playable season soon, adding new rare items.
- Treasure Island also carries exclusive NFT for the next few weeks.
- Sunflower Land retains players and achieves a 13K daily player count.
Sunflower Land, one of the most active Web3 games on the Polygon blockchain, is preparing for its next season, Solar Flare. In-game seasons may additionally boost the player count for Sunflower Land, after the peak interest following Treasure Island.
The new season will also come with updates and a quest system, in addition to the new NFT.
Sunflower Land has relied on short-term quests or recipe calls, and new items for every season. The constant challenges retain players and boost the in-game economy. Sunflower Land is turning into a Web3 game, with ownership and trading inside the game as primary, though with an option to trade outside the game.
In addition to seasons, watch out for short-term drops, wearable mints and other surprises from the game team.
Bumpkins have a separate economy of upgrades, which will be reflected using Dynamic NFT technology.
Solar Flare Tickets for Rare Items
The Solar Flare event will start with visual effects of aurora lights. But the main goal will be to gather Solar Flare tickets for growing crops, or through trading.
Tickets will buy some of the rare items that goblins are offering only during the active season, for a few weeks. The most rare item will be the Palm Tree, of which there are only 500 NFT. Other items will include a collectible bear, Cabbage Boy and Cabbage Girl, a Collectible Bear, a Beach Crab and a total of 20K Beach Balls. All the items will be tradable or used for farm decorations, but also boost certain crop productions.
Treasure Island will also offer short-term items, including Tiki Totem, T-Rex Skull and others. During the Solar Flare season, players will also meet special Bumpkins and have the chance to mint additional rare wearables.
Even before the season, Sunflower Land still carries more than 13K players per day, and is ranked at number 2 among Polygon apps.
After the Solar Flare season, Dawn Breaker will be the next challenge, to arrive in May-June 2023.
