Omega Royale is a dynamic tower defense game where players build their camp and defend it against waves of enemies. The game is competitive and allows top players to earn early NFT access and additional prizes.
Omega Royale: Survive Longer and Mint
Omega Royale takes into account the time spent playing, as the attacks are fast and dynamic. Players receive Mana and can score other resources to boost their defense with Spells and a better Tower.
The game is still browser-based, and has been running its Season 2 since the end of November. In Q1, 2023, Omega Royale plans to release a mobile defense game.
Players Pick a Strategy to Defend their Labyrinth
The game populates its small map with several Wizard figures, and enemies attack following a winding track. Players deploy their attacks and spells to kill and stop as many enemies as possible, while scoring points and Mana. The goal is to survive the waves until the time bar reaches the end of the level.
Until January 10, the game will be winter-themed with special enemies. The game is deceptively simple, yet may require a solid strategy to keep the enemy waves at bay and from overwhelming the Wizards and other Heroes. Players must pick their Defenders with sufficient damage and a good damage-per-second rate.
Each Enemy has a time score and can only be killed by the right mix of defenders. Bosses require more damage and time. As players level up, Defenders improve their skills and damage, and become more efficient. Picking the right attack rate is paired with selecting a spot for the defenders, allowing them to make the best of their attack rate.
Towers help players additionally, as a passive defense. Spells can also cause general damage if enemy waves turn overwhelming. Season 2 poses additional challenges, with an altered map and a more complex labyrinth. The game also offers a new balance of enemies and damage.
