Third Web Brings SDK Package for Multiple Wallet Types

Third Web aims for composable builds, offering game creators the chance to launch an in-house, invisible wallet.
  • Third Web is one of the fast-growing providers of Web3 tools for developers.
  • New wallet SDK will offer seamless integration of external wallets and in-house account-based wallets.
  • The goal of using Third Web wallet SDK is to make wallets invisible, mimicking the features of Web2 login.

Third Web continues to expand as one of the sources of Web3 tools and features. In addition to blockchain features, Third Web is now releasing SDK specifically dedicated to wallet integration.

Third Web aims to simplify adding wallet access, so the service remains seamless for the end user. Whether using MetaMask or another plugin wallet, apps need to make sure asset ownership is secure.

New standards of wallets are also appearing in Web3 space, including multi-party wallets and account abstraction. Third Web is covering those integration cases for maximum security, as well as ease for developers.

In its current release, the Third Web wallet SDK will focus on access to Ethereum and its tokens and NFT. With a composable toolset, developer teams will be able to connect their app to any wallet in the simplest way possible. The package will be able to integrate custodial, non-custodial, MPC and email wallets, the most widely used types. Additionally, wallet integration will be possible across platforms, for PC, mobile and for Unity-based games.

Third Web Offers Choice of Wallets for Onboarding Users Seamlessly

The new apps built with Third Web SDK will also connect to Coinbase wallets, multi-sig Safe wallets, smart contract wallets and even older-type paper wallets. Wallet connectors will be available for JS, Go, Unity and Mobile Python.

App builders will also have a choice of importing already created wallets from users, or generate their own in-house wallets. For more advanced users, apps built on the Third Web SDK can offer connections to a total of 180 existing external wallets.

Third Web will also offer templates for smart contract wallets, which offer more agile functions with low gas fees. The end goal may be to create an app with an invisible wallet, combined with a traditional email login, similar to Web2 features.

This invisible wallet feature allows for immediate onboarding and the earning of in-game assets, NFT giveaways and more. Later, some of the users can choose to upgrade their wallets and gain more control of their assets, including transfers outside the game, trading and NFT marketplaces.
