- PvP self-organized, friendly or bet-driven tournaments coming for Battle Mode.
- Battle mining offers access to rare biomes and resources.
Play Crabada keeps expanding its new types of gameplay, as players conquer the levels of the Battle Game. This time, the game is much more competitive and aims to replace the idle mining and looting game, also solving the matter of bots.
Duels will have a cost and can be used for tournaments and the introduction of leaderboards.
Crabada has faced problems with diminishing idle or guaranteed passive rewards. The Battle Game with Duel Mode can help bring higher prizes, but only for winners. The new PvP play opens up the opportunity to test team compositions, which will matter more for victory. The next step will be to introduce PvP leaderboards and the Fight to the Dev feature.
In the Battle Game, Crabadas can level up and gain access to a new type of mining activity, known as Battle Mining. These resources are not meant to be resold, but to give an advantage for further levels of the battle game.
Battle mining requires at least one level achievement, but some exclusive biomes are protected only for Level 40 Crabadas. The level does not depend on the NFT qualities, but on the user’s account level and battle achievements.
Setting up a duel will require a TUS fee, and the tokens paid by the losing team will be burned, helping with the mint/burn ratio. TUS recently showed signs of slowing down inflation and even becoming deflationary after it was burned for Swimmer Network fees.
Crabada Aims to Stabilize Game Reward Balance
Crabada’s team also has plans to add new features, with a Swimmer Network grant program, though still unspecified. Despite the currently unviable P2E model, Crabada has one of the most active gaming communities with regular events, in addition to the CrabaDAO voluntary organization.
Wallet addresses keep growing on the Swimmer Network, with 13,379 registered new wallets. The network has reached 8.2M transactions.
The current game balance hinges on TUS at $0.001, with all types of burn mechanisms attempted. CRA, the governance token, will have fewer use cases. The token trades at $0.04, after a peak at $0.07.
